Boréal Innovation is a cooperative dedicated to strengthening the entrepreneurial culture, creativity and innovation in order to encourage the emergence of entrepreneurs with growth potential and the emergence of employment in the digital sector.


Established in Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur region, Corsica, Guyana and Guadeloupe, it is a supportive incubator, promoting economic initiative by enabling project managers to determine the viability of their business idea, while being trained on the basics of entrepreneurship. Boreal Innovation has been awarded with the “French Tech” label, recognising the value of the ecosystem of start-ups that it has created, including especially innovative companies.


Boréal Innovation not only oversees projects around ecological transition and sustainable development, but also delivers a training program on

Mag. Prenner & Partner GmbH is an SME based in Baden/Lower Austria. Since 1998, the company has developed from a local training institute into an international group with holdings in Poland and Bulgaria. While the core business is still logistics training, activities in the area of consulting services are growing steadily.
Especially with regard to driver training and consulting services in this area, COSGROUP has accumulated considerable experience in all relevant issues related to the requirements for drivers set out in the EU Directive 2003/59. We have trained more than 4000 drivers (cars, trucks and light trucks). Based on this experience with drivers COSGROUP was one of the first Austrian companies to start C95 training from 2008. In addition to driver training, COS also offers training in the field of logistics management. The topics here range from dispatchers to managing directors of transport companies. For 5 years, many training modules have also been offered on the basis of e-learning. The COSGROUP is ISO 29900 certified.

Bulgarian Logistics Association (BLA) is a non-governmental organization with a mission to support the development of logistics in Bulgaria by uniting the efforts of its more than 500 members and promoting and supporting the implementation of the best European and global practices aimed at improving the logistics sector.


The activity of the association includes professional development through trainings, seminars and exchange of experience, as well as assistance for scientific and applied research and consultations. BLA organizes conferences and public events, publishes training and information materials and stimulates the use of innovations in logistics.
